The webinar for global products presents
How global product teams scale feedback loops
Join us via zoom on the 17th of July
What this episode is about
If you are, then you need to understand your global users’ problems in more detail and to understand how your users are using your product. This month on the alignment, we’ll be thinking about customer feedback loops. How do you build feedback loops which are inclusive to global users? How do you collect data in a way your domestic team will digest? How do you listen to global users if they pull in a different direction?
In this panel, we will talk about:
- How can I infuse my business and my product team with global feedback? How can I make that feedback coherent? How do I get people to care? How can I introduce frameworks which are not generalisations?
- How can I get a lightweight model of user panels and testing that works internationally? What’s the best way to deliver “economies of scale” in user understanding? Does that even make sense?
- How do I handle the problem of users that are very different? What if my users become too diverse in their problem sets? How should I handle that?
